Are you passionate about food?

Yeah, I probably can't help you.

I want your food to taste great, be simple to make, be repeatable, be something you can smile about. I want you to have fun with food and enjoy the finished dish.

Maybe you're on your own for the first time. You watched Mom in the kitchen but now you're thinking you should have paid more attention to her. Or maybe, like me, you're just now having time to play with your food.

Food doesn't have to be complicated.

It doesn't take a 30-minute video to explain a potato.

And you don't need a Guy Fieri-level kitchen (check out mine!)

About the Book ...

Kindle and I have been arm wrestling about some details and the book is currently not available.

HOWEVER --- I'm looking at other ways to publish it and will update this when I've got a new source.

Sorry about this...

Good Causes

After 3 months in the hospital I got furry. They wouldn't let me have sharp objects...

People in need, charities, research. You can help. You'd be right if you said, "A couple bucks won't make a difference". But if a thousand of us tossed in a "couple bucks" we'd be doing something worthwhile.

My cause is Cancer Research. If I'd had my cancer 25 years ago, it probably would have killed me. Research made it possible for me to see another day. Here's a link to the GoFundMe I've set up. Any contribution, however small or large, can help.

This is extremely difficult for me to say, but I could use a little help myself.

My ebook is now available on Amazon. It's a personal journey but there's something in there for everyone.

Maybe you noticed the van in my carport.

I do a driving gig you might be interested in. I drive people to medical appointments. It's very low impact - my past health issues limit my ability to do some things and this is pretty easy. Like most things there's good and bad. On the good side, they supply the vehicle and all costs. I'm not putting 30k on my car every year like I did with Uber and Lyft. You get steady repeat riders and get to know them. They let me do ambulatory only (no fighting wheel chairs). On the "maybe" side, it's full time. I'm in the van 5-7 hours a day, and weeks alternate 6 day and 5 day (Sunday or Saturday/Sunday off). Pay is not bad - I'm taking home about $2,500 a month with zero expenses. Down side is schedule varies day-to-day. If this is interesting to you at all, email me at nw7u@yahoo.com and I'll answer any questions you might have. THANK YOU AGAIN for delivering here and not next door.
